Rico Paul Vallejos is Chief Creative Officer at RicoLatino, a creative boutique and consultancy based in Wayzata, Minnesota. He founded the RicoLatino Hub in 2026. An educator and communicator at heart, Rico brings a trifecta of expertise in marketing communications, culture, and language to business projects.
Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Rico holds degrees with honors from Lakewood College and Metropolitan State University. He is Trustee Emeritus at Hamline University and taught Multicultural Communications at the University of St. Thomas’s Graduate School of Business (Master of International Management program).
He is a NAHREP 10 Certified Trainer (Hispanic Wealth Project), a Certified Translator (American Translators Association), and serves as Ambassador at both the Latino and Wayzata chambers. An award-winning copywriter, Rico regularly presents as Toastmaster and MC at business, community, and private events.
Rico’s work with the Hispanic Wealth Project embodies his commitment to principled stewardship: turning holistic wealth into a catalyst for community growth.
Rico is a multilingual professional with native fluency in English and Spanish, conversational ability in Portuguese, and basic knowledge of French, Italian, and Finnish.
His work experience includes assignments in England, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Portugal, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Puerto Rico, the United States, and most of South America. A dual citizen of the U.S. and Argentina, he is based in Wayzata (Twin Cities), MN.

Not quite. Rico’s passions include travel, film, snorkeling, wine, world cultures and languages, cycling, dancing, martial arts, and watching some sports like rugby, tennis, soccer, and polo.
